Depicts the new era with new stadium renovations and new coach.
Artist Jack Jaubert
was the
starting center at LSU for 24 consecutive games in the 1970 and
1971 seasons, including a SEC Conference Championship and was
the center for two bowl games, the Orange and the Sun.
Jaubert was commissioned by the LSU Athletic Department to
produce portraits of each of the All-American Football players
in the school’s prolific history. The portraits are beautifully
displayed in the Lawton Rooms in Tiger Stadium. |
