Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that will include your Fedex tracking number. To find out the status of your order once it has been shipped, please visit http://www.fedex.com/ and enter your tracking number. If you have misplaced your tracking number and are a registered user of our website, you can login with your username and password and find your tracking number under Orders History. If you are not a registered user, please e-mail sales@myteamprints.com and we will gladly check on the status of your order.

If you have not received your confirmation e-mail from us or believe that there may be a problem with your shipment, please e-mail sales@myteamprints.com. Customer service will follow up with you within one business day and typically within just a couple of hours!
