Ground Freight
Your orders are custom framed, not mass produced. Most orders ship from our warehouse within 2 - 5 business days. Ground transit time is 1 to 5 days after it leaves our warehouse depending on your location. Therefore you can plan to receive most orders within 10 business days. Prints will ship UPS or Fedex to locations in the United States only. We do not ship to APO addresses. See rates below.
Air Freight (less time in transit)
Shipping via Air Freight does not guarantee your order will leave our warehouse any sooner, but does reduce the time in transit after leaving our warehouse. Your order will arrive via air freight (2-3 days), not ground. The cost for this option is $55 per item.
Expedited Service (leaves our warehouse same or next day)
We will ship your order same day if ordered by 10 am, or next day for an expedited service charge of $35 per item, providing the item is in stock. This rush charge is for expediting the framing of your print, same day order processing and shipping. It will be added to the ground or air shipping charge chosen. Packaging and Damages
Framed prints are carefully packaged to prevent damage and insured. Very few are mishandled by our shipper. If, however, your print arrives in less than satisfactory condition, we will file a claim with our shipper and will reimburse you for the repair, or replace the item if it is beyond repair. Please save all packaging material for inspection, pick up and the return to us. Our Return Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund (less shipping), provided it is returned within 15 days after receipt and is received in sellable condition. Personalized items are not returnable.
To return a MyTeamPrints.com product, please repack the item in its original packaging. Include your original packing slip, or if you don’t have a copy, include your name, address and email address. List the reason for return and your preference for exchange or refund. We suggest you insure the item being returned as we are not responsible for damaged return products. Return to:
